Dennis works full time as a career Firefighter/Paramedic Technician at West Metro Fire Rescue. On the job, Dennis practices life saving skills on a daily basis, such as those taught in our courses. Before his job as a firemedic, Dennis worked for several years for Denver Health Medical Center Paramedic Division, and before that as a Paramedic in Gunnison, CO where he went to school. Over his 17 year career in Emergency Medicine, Dennis has always been involved in education, teaching a variety of healthcare courses, from EMT classes to Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, First Aid, and of course, CPR courses.

James (Jimmy) Hernandez

Jimmy has been a Firefighter and Paramedic for over 10 years. Prior to his firefighting career, Jimmy was in education for four years, and brings to All Pro his experience as a bilingual educator. Jimmy has also served as a Paramedic Field Trainer, taking on the challenge of preparing new Paramedics to function independently in the field after finishing Paramedic school.

Devo, also a career Firefighter-Paramedic, has been in the business of “saving lives” for over 12 years. From lifeguard to firefighter, Devo has always pursued careers that assisted the public, and his interest in teaching is just another extension of that dedication.

Scott (Scotty) Lefebvre

The newest member of our team, Scotty finally left his love of life in the mountains for the draw of a professional firefighting career. Scotty’s medical training began nearly 20 years ago, when he had to have a working knowledge of wilderness medicine for his various outdoor leadership positions, such as guiding rafts on Colorado’s whitewater to Patrolling the Rockies on his Mountain Bike. Scotty has been a Paramedic since 2006, and his college education consists of... well, he received the tuition bills, but states he doesn’t remember much past that...
